Detwaa (15-11-5: 35) @ Anaheim (22-4-4: 48)

When you get knocked down, you gotta get back up.

"Aaaddrriiaannn!!!"

The schwings are back in town to take on the Ducks after Friday night's debacle. We'll need all the wisdom, power and courage in Orange County to light this lamp.

I'm hoping that Friday was just an emotional letdown after the Chicago game. Should be a much better effort tonight.

Go Ducks!

Can't wait to be back in my usual upper bowl seat. Not a fan of lower bowl atmosphere.

Or lack, thereof. I swear you could yell to someone across the rink and they'd hear you.

I hated how when you'd chant with the crowd everyone turned around and stared like I belonged in a crazy house. I mean I probably do but for other reasons entirely.

I am hoping for.

Palms - Getz- Perry
Ryan - Holland - Etem
winnik - koivu - cogs
Belesky - Steckel - Staubitz/Dvorak (if he can play)

Beauch/Fowler? Top d pair has been getting beat by speed lately
Souray/ Sbisa
Allen/Lydman/Lovejoy

Hiller

Lately people have been taking advantage of the slower speed of Beauch/Souray and walking around Souray especially, balance out the speed a bit.

Yes I know Selanne scored, but Detroit has alot of finesse you should counter with physical. Etem can replace Selanne's speed, is more physical and has been doing really well as of late, despite a 50/50 no call.

I know its possibly Selannes last year, he's the legend, but he has to sit sometime or he will be burnt out by playoffs. Maybe he will get a hattrick tonight to shut me up.

I could be wrong but Dvorak will have to clear waivers before he can play. Also i doubt he was already over here, so figure a day or 2 for travel anyways. I wouldn't expect to see him till Wednesday in San Jose, assuming he clears waivers which might be a big assumption. Someone will likely pick him up just to keep him away from us.

Waivers, travel, and also a work visa most likely. Wednesday may be optimistic.

The good news is I feel like we're starting to see the Fowler from the first six games.

Hi, Gang. I have Hiller going against Jimmy Howard in fantasy. I need the win. Also, a shutout would be nice. And if its possible, Perry doesn't get any points either. Maybe even goes -1? So lets make that happen. Go Ducks!
