On what the immediate plans are for Joe Morrow

“I think he’ll come in tomorrow and watch our game and skate with us Tuesday and Wednesday and just get incorporated. Then we’ll make a decision whether or not we want to put him in a game on Friday or let him go play with the American League team.

People speak incorrectly all the time. It would be a little different if he used them improperly in written communication.

Great news. Open competition on the back end. Here's a guy who could be gangbusters with Larsen in the future when our new coach realizes how to use him correctly.

Well this is big news.

Great trade for the Stars, obviously. Nieuwendyk might save his job yet.

Good luck Brenden, hope you and James win a Cup.

I tried to get into it, and got a couple of my posts deleted cause a Vancouver fan started saying we were screwed.

Completely clueless most of those guys are.

It's true, it bothered me because he did it three times in the second quotation.

Wild fan here...

IMO, this is a great trade for the future of the Stars as J. Morrow looks to be a future stud on the blueline...... but what does it say for the rest of this season? How will the loss of B. Morrow impact the chances of Dallas making the playoffs?

The Stars have a lot of terrible fans. People who ***** about every change. There were people who lost their minds over the Stars dumping Rock and Roll Part Two. There are still fans who are pissed about the Stars letting Modano walk.

I'd die laughing if we made the playoffs without him.

Yeah if you want to laugh at the stupidity go read the posts on Facebook. I don't think anyone over there actually follows the NHL or understands hockey. If it was up to them we would have kept Ott, Modano, Turco, Morrow, and everyone else. They don't care that we've missed the playoffs four years in a row and Morrow is a bottom six player now.

Alright this is a good deal. I am concerned about the lack of right shots on defense. Eventually Robidas will be gone and there's no one to replace his right shot, and the org is apparently down on the only other right shot(Larsen). Great return though. Really excited to see what they can get for Roy.

How intolerant of you Hull Fan!

But seriously, everyone knows that metrosexuality has everything to do with meticulous personal hygiene and appearance.

I doubt it. He's very pansy-ish. Yeah metro is still used but i don't know if it applies here haha.

I also just looked at some of the facebook comments. I have to restrain myself from posting.

Most of the Facebook posters are just casual fans who probably think Morrow is better than Crosby and know absolutely nothing about prospects.

It's a real shame we have to hope for more of them to come to the games to keep this thing going. Not to mention they make the line for beers and snacks longer.
