JVR looks way better/more solid but I haven't seen enough to be definitive.

Right NOW? It's Max Pacioretty, no going around that.

Future? Flip a coin.

Too close right now. Both still have a lot of proving to do.

At this moment I'd take Patches, but he's on a hot streak. He could go into a slump next year for all we know. JVR could also heat up and become an 80 point player next year. I'm sure both teams are satisfied with their picks right now.

I'm not going to vote but JVRs point totals are not indicative of the scoring chances hes created. Kids doing a bang-up job.

Habs' fan voting too close to call. In reality, I'd say it's too early to call. Give them both a couple of years and we'll re-visit.

Besides, you don't have to be a genius to know that Max Pac is extremely hot right now and was so in the AHL as well. I doubt he's going to go pointless for the next 10 games or so, I guess you could say he has "arrived" imo.

Meanwhile, JVR is playing 10 mins a night and isn't counted on to carry his line night after night.

Definite advantage to Paches right now.

If you read the whole post it's rather easy to see. Plus if you have a problem with i tell that to the OP, not me.

Did I say anything to you about it? And I've read the post, but one would think if it was that important he'd put it at the beginning.

Pacioretty has impressed me in one way or another every single time i have seen him play. He is going to be a great player in my eyes.

I think JVR definitely has the potential to be better. I have certainly seen him play less than Pacioretty though. If i had to pick one, it would be JVR because i think in a short while he will become one of the best offensive weapons on the flyers (perhaps even more so than Giroux).

I had to go with JVR, homer vote.

You'd have to watch JVR though, his stats do him zero justice. He's always getting himself into great chances, creating great opportunities, he simply seems like he hasn't completed his game yet. The kid oozes offensive potential.

You quoted me and referred to the OP in the third person. Who else could you possibly be talking to?

Reading comprehension issues?

Oh, and people will come in here and vote/comment regardless of any criteria the OP suggests.
Not everyone reads them, fact.

I hate JVR. ****** bag person off the ice and kind of a soft player on the ice. That being said I still vote JVR.
