A lot of teams have needed veteran defensemen. Not sure if too many deals have been made. All I know is we need to stop hording them, and the defensemen controversy is getting annoying.

Ehh, not a big fan of Jokinen. But we can`t be picky I guess.

Also, please add "What a Fokin save edition" to the title.

If you've seen one Jokinen, you've seen them all......in hilarious memes.

It`s rumoured that they might trade for Ian White, who`s a HS tonight.

Also, Kesler has a broken foot. What the actual ****?

I'm not going to make fun - with the way the Devils are playing right now, they would have passed it into the defense's feet or shot into their own player.

This from Poni's OT winner against the Flyers last year?

I don't believe Lou will make any moves until he sees what he has when Carter and Zub return, just hope it won't be to late by then.

I think that GIF is from Larsson's goal against the Flyers in the playoffs, IIRC.

Elias and Kovy have both gone behind the goal line on odd man rushes waiting for better options than what they had.

Nah can't be.. look at everyone getting off the bench. Def an OT winner.

Larsson's goal was also away, wasn't it?

LA vs. St. Louis in the corner, so it was in the second round against the Flyers. Definitely Poni's OT goal.

Yeah that's the OT winner against the Flyers. I see a Flyers jersey skating around in the background. Yeah Larsson's goal was in Philadelphia.

Players don't like playoff imbalance. Believe easiest fix is to leave either CBJ or Det in west. PA hasn't completed full player rep review.

Darren Dreger ‏@DarrenDreger
Told it's 50-50 at the moment as to whether or not PA approves realignment proposal. NHL will push hard to get it through as is. #TSN

So that would mean both an 8 and a 7 team division in each conference.

The math still sucks. 6 divisions or make a Winnipeg swap til the math works out.

I really don't see the issue with just flipping Winnipeg and Nashville. It's really not possible to line up all the time zones with these 30 cities.

If it's not Nashville, make it Columbus.
There's no easy swap with Detroit, none that I can think of that wouldn't mean pushing Boston into the Atlantic.
