Etem is going to be such a stud. I was hoping against hope he would end up with the Wild.

Jussi Jokinen scored a goal and a GWG in a shootout, and played well appearently.

Good for him.

What? Screw having the Kings win, they're a point ahead of us in the standings. Have Edmonton win so the Kings don't get any points. Edmonton still won't be in the playoff picture with a win.

And Edmonton is only 5 pts behind us. A win definitely puts them in the playoff picture.....Either way, we don't want to see a 3 pt game.

Yup, we got some help from Los Angeles earlier today.

No we need to cheer for Colorado and Calgary against Phoenix and Vancouver, respectively.

Can the Red Wings and Blues both lose today? I suppose we cheer for the Blues so if they win they will only be tied with us?

Here are today's games:

St. Louis @ Detroit 12:30

Dallas @ San Jose 4:00

Minnesota @ Columbus 6:00

Nashville @ Chicago 7:00

Los Angeles @ Anaheim 9:00

We just don't want Columbus or Dallas to win. Otherwise, the other games are just playoffs teams beating up on playoffs teams. Which is probably good all around for us.

Blues 1-0 over the Red Wings.

They are now tied with Minnesota (is Minnesota now in 7th place?)

Personally I'd rather the Wild match up against Vancouver, but maybe that's just me.

Schneider is inconsistent and they can't play Lou in St. Paul. It would help us out a lot.

No way man the ducks are a dangerous team. We cannot stop their top line. They would kick the **** out of us

I agree that the best matchup in the first round would be Vancouver.

I'd take Anaheim over Chicago, but yeah, Vancouver would probably be the best.

I'm confident that our new 1st line can atleast shut them down.
