I think the way the Jackets are playing right now it could turn out to be one of the more interesting matchups of the first round, should it happen.

Would not be surprised to see the Jackets draw Anaheim the way they are going.

Either way, I wish them well.

Also, count me in for wanting Vancouver. I'd like to see this team crush this years version of their yearly playoff dreams. It is always so satisfying watching Vancouver get destroyed, year after year. Love it when Chicago beat them, loved it when Boston beat them, and last year I was laughing like a mad man when the Kings skewered them. Damn that was a fun opening round series to watch.

If Columbus beats the Blackhawks in the first round the playoffs would be a disaster. No one wants to see the Bluejackets go to the second round, especially over the Blackhawks. The ratings would be sooooo bad. Last years playoffs were bad enough I can't have another year like that. The Devils, Coyotes, Panthers, ect all in the playoffs was so ****** to watch. The only thing good about last years playoffs was the Philly vs Pitt series. I liked the playoffs two years ago much much more than last years version

Count me among those who would love to see Columbus beat Chicago. I don't give a darn about ratings.

Screw NBC. I would LOVE to watch an upset like that. Upsets are the best things about the playoffs.

I don't care about rating either really but I watch every single game played during the playoffs, so just speaking from a fans perspective I don't want to watch the ****ing Bluejackets. Not that I'm worried, Kane will light them up.

I want to see the BJs eventually defeat Chicago in a brutal and exhausting 7-game series. The most dangerous team in West defeated would be one good thing, and exhausted BJs coming off a long series would then be relatively easy pickings.

Wish both Detroit AND CBJ could miss the playoffs.

yeah...most takedowns you see are more of the player getting tired or bailing out. that one was just dominance. edit: not that i approve...easy way for someone to get seriously injured.

Tackle isnt a good word for picking somebody up and slamming them into the ice?

I have zero respect for a guy that is only in the league for 1 reason, but cannot respect the "code" that goes with his job.

Tavares got two goals tonight. He's now in 3rd for goals at 26. Ovi's in the lead at 28.

Stamkos has 27 and Jeff Carter has 24. Thoughts on who will win it?

I'm rooting for a three-way tie between Ovi, Stamkos and Tavares.

You're saying it wasn't a smart penalty to take?

Lazy penalty as usual.

There was no point to hold Subban at all.
