Shame Dumont is sitting, he has been great, if anyone sits for Blunden it should be Moen.

I guess this increases our average height though.

Galchenyuk looks like the classic rookie not realizing how much time and space he actually has. His biggest problem is that he rushes all his plays, especially when cycling. A little patience and some lower body strength will go a long way. Not worried. The hockey IQ is there.

That's not cool. If you cheer when other players get injured you're just as bad as some of the other fans are.

During a game we can want to win and we can want to kick their ass but we don't want them to get injured. If you hope for (and are happy when) other players get injured you're not a real fan of the sport IMO.

Wait... so Galchenyuk is not benched, right? Thank god, I don't think Blunden should take his place.

Anybody have a really bad feeling about tonight's game? Or is that just natural when playing the Bruins in Boston?

I would sit armstrong. Moen is better on the PK than Armstrong and can bring the grit when told to. I don't think there's a single thing Moen doesn't do better than armstrong.

Then I'm somewhat not a real fan then. I don't cheer for injuries if there is no good reason for it, but I believe demanding one is fully acceptable if dished out in justified retribution.

I would say Armstrong's forechecking game is better over the last couple of games, but the difference between who Armstrong plays with and who Moen plays with comes into play. A lot easier for Armstrong to spend more time forechecking and doing good work deep in the offensive zone when you're going into corners with Eller.

IMO Armstrong has been outplaying Moen lately, as sad as that may seem.

Armstrong has a lot of limits but I think he's been playing some smart hockey and is oddly good at getting to puck out of our zone. I can see playing Moen ahead of him in a game like this, but I've had more complaints with Moen than Armstrong lately.

I do not support players injuring other players but injuries happen and both of those injuries to PIT were not target injuries, they were hockey plays that unfortunately ended in an injury. I am just saying it is good for the Canadiens that certain key players will miss games for the season, which will only help the Habs, Bruins etc.. I think my comment should have been worded better, a bit misleading.

And i am a real fan of the sport and i also play the sport and i don't like to see injuries happen. for example in the last game i played earlier this week one of the opponents players went flying into my goalie and broke his nose, we all helped him out and did not start the game until we knew exactly if he was ok.
