I'll take not being down after that period, and I'll enjoy it.

That period was an abomination. This is one and done team if we make the playoffs.

I really like the Kreider-Richards-Boyle line.

Gaborik-Miller-Callahan has been pretty bad, though. They looked good against the Flyers and Is - OHHHHHH.

Like their PP, a waste of 20 minutes. Special guest Brad should up the excitement level in 2 minutes..

Not down and Kreider still looks great. Could have been worse.

Sens have so many shifty, sneaky, solid players.

If by good defensively you mean Hank cleaning up all the ***** they left in the bed, then yes, good defensively.

seemed to be a lack of intensity from both teams that period. Ottawa probably had the best chances, but Hags had a couple of good ones as well.

Need to come out a lot harder in the 2nd

We're on the road against a team that is 12-2-3 at home.

In the end, I'll take a scoreless 1st period where the Sens got one legitimate chance. It was a good road period, IMO. Exactly what Montreal did to us on home ice.

Can we get this bum Pyatt off the team? How many games without hearing his name now?
