Why wouldn't you be able to?

No clue, was under the impression it was re-entry because of injury only. Obviously not.

7 freaking goals allowed in 24 minutes- I'm still in a state of shock

Phoenix came into this game having scored EIGHT goals in their last SEVEN games.

Brain cannot comprehend

Finally decided to get a few goals here and there and Rinne decides he doesn't play anymore

I just got home and saw the score. I'm guessing they'll score two in the last minute and a half and still lose.
It may be time for Poile to get a new team. Or for the team to get a new Poile

I was watching the Marquette game. Only one goal in the second period? How boring was that?

Is it just me, or have our goalies had a few too many of these games already this season?

The first 3 goals were Rinne's worst goals against of the season.

Mason is just a practice goalie, we need a back-up

the only positives tonight are that the team didn't just roll over when they went down big and the offense once again netted three or more.

Defense, goaltending, luck ... all seriously lacking again tonight.

I voiced concern about Mason before the season started but everyone was just Giddy to have him back. If Rinne is injured at any point theres no hope whatsoever.

14 games left and the team can't be competitive against an average team. There are some really bad nights on the horizon.

I'm not defending anyone tonight, but the 3rd goal was not really Rinne's fault- bounced off Gill and was almost an empty net situation

We desperately need a backup- Mason has a .738 save % last 6 appearances

I thought Rinne kicked the rebound straight out. If it was off Gill, than my bad.

Still that first goal was rec league bad.

Mason didn't lose this game for the Preds no matter how biased your view is.

No but he can't even play halfway decent when he does go in.

I think I am just going to forget about the playoffs and try to just enjoy the last 14 games as much as possible.

I just don't think this is our year- it has just felt off from the beginning. And I hate to sound like a broken record, but I still say we have had some of the worst luck I've ever seen a hockey team have. Don't misunderstand what I am saying- we absolutely, completely sucked tonight- no excuses.

But that first goal going in the net is just ridiculous- it was a horrible play by Rinne, but they could take that same exact shot from that ridiculous angle 100 more times and it would not go in.

This whole season, every time we make the smallest mistake, it immediately leads to a goal- never seen anything like it. Tonight we came out flat and not ready to play- usually at home when that happens you are down 2-0 and maybe get outshot by a wide margin- not us, its 5-0 and they have 5 goals on 6 shots. It is almost impossible to give up 5 goals on 6 shots no matter how awful you are- but it happens to us.

If this is a normal year and we have 50 games left, this is just a blip on the radar and you move on- but with 15 left, you can't have an effort like this.

But with the way we are playing, I am grateful this is a shortened season. At this point, I will just take having the usual Rinne for next season- I think he has been overworked and has the weight of the world on his shoulders- we HAVE to get a capable backup next season

So glad I had a prior commitment and missed this fiasco. No neck, you don't owe me anything for the tix. You shouldn't have to pay for watching that horror show.

and speaking of bad luck..... LA took down StL, too - we should be passing them instead of falling into another spot or 2 back....
