I agree his value goes down. Also i just looked at Poseys numbers as a first basemen and they are insane(Only 200 at-bats though).
Posey hit better than every single qualified first baseman in baseball last year. I don't think there is much of a problem with the ability of him to fit in as a first baseman. Plus, we are talking about 5 years down the line, at earliest.

I agree if he stays as a 950 OPS player...If he drops below 900 as a first basemen its not good value whereas even below 900 as a catcher is still great production...Just have to hope last year production can be sustained if he is ever moved to first.
