Pretty much fact now that he is a product of other players...he is worth nowhere near his cap hit unless you plan on putting real NHL talent around him to give him room.

Team needs more scoring, speed and emotion. That's a lot. Chia is prolly sorry he made these guys so comfortable...don't worry Peter, they had us fooled too.
I miss old Nasty Nate. And old Looch.

Bring back up Spooner and have him settle in between Bergeron and Marchand.

Keep your 4th line together because they are actually keeping the chemistry working for them...probably because they work together.

Bring up McDermid and have him on the 3rd line to give him ice time. But the 3rd line all season has been crap so basically go with 3 lines.

Have the so called 3rd line scrap the ice during commercial breaks...
The only movement I want to see Peverly make on this roster is off of it

Either trade him away or keep him where he is and cut the minutes of that entire line in half, to try and minimize the damage they do

The Bruins were carrying the play but the intensity still wasn't there. Then after the goal it's like they didn't feel like playing anymore

I guarantee you could get a 1st out of a Western Conference team...not sure who you would replace him with, and he does have 10 goals, but they are going to lose him for nothing.

He's spot on. People can fry Claude all they want, when these guys are out on the ice its their doing not his. Personally I think Lucic is tuning out Claude and a couple of other guys might too. With that, move them. I think Claude is a solid coach that we can get 3 more years out of. Just my opinion.

They are a veteran group who are convinced they can turn it on come PO. Besides Ryder and TT who r gone, very player except # 27 I'm sure believes to his core they can turn it on and play well. I hate that but I'm convinced that's what you are looking at.

I still can't believe Dale said, "a fired up, Claud Julien"

I actually had my hopes up there, that he was going to be legit angry, but he looked like Horton after he scored.....meh....whatever

SO then he needs to mix the rest of them the **** up. Mix the 9 forwards up FFS. He sits back their and continually slams his head into the wall.

Paille-DK-Horton
Lucic-Pervs-Caron
MacDermid-Campbell-Soup

Thornton saying it's not a lack of effort is disturbing. Because if that's really what they all believe, then what chance do they of correcting it?

If they think that was good effort, we are in deep DEEP s###

Third line has been a problem all season. I wouldn't mind seeing Bergeron's line get more of their ice time, or even the fourth line in the right situation.

what's getting really annoying to watch is all the weak shots from the outside with no one in front of the net.

Here's what I see, Mike. Lucic will make a big play on the boards, he ran over guys a few times to get pucks. And, for what ever reason, they don't finish the play, or bury the chance. Usually a bad last pass before that.

It's not just Lucic. Anyone who makes a big play for possession in the offensive zone, i.e. someone wins a one on one, they throw it to the point, who inevitably make a bad play, hesitate, get pressured, throw it BACK into a corner. Or, just miss the net.

How many times do you see this team miss chances for rebounds by simply not hitting the net? Seguin and Marchand did that all day.

B's breakout, not just LKH, all of them, has to be the slowest, most predictable, and easy to contain in the NHL. 15 passes between D-men and centers to just establish possession, then they try and pass through an ocean of defenders to the wings.
