Okay, this is getting disturbing. My back is even hurting when I sit in an upright position. Dammit this better not get worse, but probably will once I go back to work on Monday.

Went to ihop with the GF this morning. Got there and the place was deserted. Nice and quiet, great relaxing atmosphere. Well, just as we're getting ready to order this stream of kids starts showing up, and where do they sit? Not even 10 feet away. Like a big group of them. close to 20 or so. They had to call in the store manager early to help take care of all their orders, and in the end the waitress scolded them for not calling ahead and overwhelming the staff, which was all of her and the one cook at the time we came in.

Why the hell can't people just sit as far away from everyone else as possible when a restaurant is near deserted? I mean, men know the urinal code right? Why the hell doesn't that translate to other things in life.

On the plus side, that omelet I had was friggin' huge. I am way too stuffed right now.

*Incoming Biking Question*

Looking into getting into biking and looking for a bike for me and a trailer/jogger for our little dude. Nothing too serious, just riding around the neighborhood or light trail riding.

I was thinking a hybrid type for me?

Any suggestions for a trailer/jogger?

Also, if anyone knows of anyone trying to get rid of something that would work, I would be very interested.

Thanks!

I bought mine used last year for ~ $200. Got it from a bike shop that had just re-done the brakes and checked everything out. It's a mountain bike but I'm going to put hybrid or street tires on it soon.

TP and Gopher are bike experts though.

Another thing on the to do list this summer:

Teach myself to sleep on my back and not on my stomach. Would be better for my back, especially if I can have a pillow or something underneath my legs to elevate the knees. Been a stomach sleeper my entire life so it won't be easy.

A hybrid would be fine for what you plan to do. I don't know enough about a trailer/jogger to give advice (childless adult who isn't a hipster that uses one for beer/groceries). That would be probably be a good question for your local bike shop.

Yesterday was an excellent day for day drinking and yard games. I've never been more excited to have sunburn.

Guess how many hours straight I've been up this time.

Go on, just guess.

.....

If you guessed 31, give yourself a pat on the back.

I think I'm finally tired enough to sleep now. Jesus christ.

Thanks, and thank you Jarick too. I'll probably just check CraigsList and keep my eye out for both.
