Yes.

Montreal currently has a 1 game advantage in ROW, so the best Boston could do tonight is tie that (ROW for Bruins, SOW for Habs) and the Habs hold the season series advantage.

The only way the 2 seed is decided tonight is Boston earning more points than Montreal or the Habs winning and the Bruins losing in regulation.

Regulation/OT/SO doesn't matter fortunately.
pretty much, except Boston in OT/SO and Ottawa gets 7th, ROW would be the same. Ottawa won both games that count in the h2h(2nd on doesn't because it was the odd game out)

Canada4Gold deserves major kudos for the easiest-to-follow, most comprehensive playoff seeding updates of anyone online. I don't even bother checking Twitter or anywhere else, just here.

Mayor Bee deserves major kudos for doing it for a full month

I'm just taking over for today as Mayor Bee was at the Columbus game.

But thanks

Then a hearty kudos to Mr. Bee, as well!

As an Oiler fan, I had no reason to really visit this thread until the last few days.

Man---how big does that screw-up against Columbus in that Blackhawks game look now? That cost them at least 1 point likely and they end up missing the playoffs on a tiebreaker. I would not be surprised to hear about that this entire offseason.

Good news is that my computer issue was nothing major. One of my cooling fans quit working, so I replaced it...good as (almost) new!
