Hahahahahhahaha this team is a joke.

Bad play by Blum, Josi did all he could, but Blum messed that up too badly. I'm slowly turning against him.

Kane breaks in, makes Rinne look silly.

Erat breaks in, shoots it off the back of the net.

Weber, Rinne, Josi, Wilson, and Bourque are now the core of this team. Everyone else can be had for the right price. I'd like to keep Hornqvist, Klein, Ellis, Spaling, and a few others, but we need to be exploring options.

Erat breaks in .... without numbers ... the exact opposite situation Kane had. If we're going to slam our guys, at least keep it in perspective.

I am beginning to second guess myself for having already signed up for season tickets for next year. Starting to wish I hadn't

I'm only watching this for the off-chance that Poile trades somebody, comes down to the bench, and drags them by the jersey down the tunnel.

Slake on his twitter saw Bourque took a hit to the head, Cooper right after said 'upper body'

It was Carcillo taking a run at Bourque after he moved the puck just inside the Preds blue line. Bourque saw him coming and moved back into the zone a little to get out of the way, Carcillo moved his arms outside of his body and hit Bourque in the head driving his helmet back against the glass. About 20 seconds later was Carcillo's second run at Bourque that resulted in Bourque initiating the contact right in front of the Predators bench.

Would love to see a replay of the hit...

Trading Hornqvist, Klein and to a lesser extent Spaling would be stupid. While they aren't elite scorers that everybody drools over, they are the types of players that help win cups. Klein is on a beauty of a contract and we should reward him for actually re-signing with us for a home discount. Hornqvist is a consistant 20-30 goal scorer in this league and he's young. Spaling is probably already our best PK'er, he can easily replace Fisher/Legwand when they retire.

He had a step on his defender, who didn't have much support.

I'll agree Kane had a better situation, but if we reversed the roles, would the outcome be the same? Would Erat have buried that sucker and made it look easy? Would Kane get easily handled?

He had maybe half a step but was held to the outside ... never got clear to make a shot or move to the net. No pass option ... no open shooting lane ... no lane to cut to the net ... the comparison falls apart instantly if its kept to facts.

I put them in the "I'd like to keep" category, but as I said, anyone can be had for the right price. If a team will give us a mid 1st for spaling, we should jump on that. But it'd take overpayment, I agree.

Erat, Legwand, Fisher, Kostitsyn, Gaustad, Hannan, Gill, and Blum should all be shopped.

Carcillo elbow to the head of Bourque. Targeted the head and left his feet prior to contact.

Upon review, Carcillo's arms are inside his body frame, but he heads with an elbow to the head of Bourque and drives his helmet into the glass. Great to be able to see the replay. Couldn't believe it wasn't called when I saw it live!
