Ongoing Iginla discussion | RDS: Prefers to sign extension with Penguins (post #22)

Setting up the play?

Someone really needs to get a local reporter to ask him that in a post game interview. Does anybody have any connections that can make that happen?

@2:26 mark for the ones that have no idea what I'm talking about

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. What play? A play in saturday's game? a future play on the PP? a set play they're working on in practice?

Also I doubt anyone on HF has connections to media in Pittsburgh

By the play are you referring to the Olympic play?

And thusly the term "slorp drunk" was coined. I have no idea what's being asked here.

Setting up the play, guys. I don't know how much more clear he can make his suggestion.

I smell an avatar theme for next year.

Penguins 2014: Setting Up the Play.

(And only the wise shall seek questions in video. For it is the question that drives us, Neos.)

Are shirts off in this hypothetical setting up of the play?

One cannot setup the play if he is shirtless. Might get the chills!

I have often felt that Bylsma's biggest flaw is he undervalues the setting up of the play. Now it's confirmed.

That video is awesome. Perfect response, RRP.

There was once brief sequence last game when Iginla got the puck on the PP on the left half boards and started looking around to set guys up etc. I couldn't help but think of how long we've needed a RH shot that could create and shoot etc. I was almost giddy even though nothing really came of it.

They should also ask him about all of his unsharpened pencils in his locker too

Kind of ruins the joke, but it's a team thing. One pencil can bend and break easily, but when you band 20 of them together they won't.

ha ha, this thread made my day. I think I'll use 'Setting up the play' as a euphemism for having sex. 'So buddy you buying that girl a drink?' 'Yep, setting up the play.' DONE! Thanks for a good laugh Slorp Train.

Was that reporter having a stroke or something? This is amazing.

Also, Iggy preference re-signing with Pens, A+!
