OT Pop Ups

What are you guys useing to et rid of them. It started off with maybe 2 to 5 and I just closed em. Now I am getting 25 to 50 and getting very up set. What are you guys using and are they working and are there any negitive effects of them??

I just use the google toolbar....IT works pretty well.

Are you talking about on HF or on other sites?

I dont use google's toolbar or any popup killers and i dont get any popups on HF.

Hey Steve,

I get them even when I loggon. They are if you do not want these Popups use.. All kind of adds. Dose the Goggle bar prevent them when you use your favorites drop bar.. Dose not seem to work for me..

Sounds like you have some spyware on your comp. Download AD-AWARE and REGCLEANER (Jouni Vuori's version) and run them. That should take care of the problem.
