Both add some more veteran experience to the team.

I feel like the Redden idea will be more scoffed at, but he adds depth and most likely won't be used anymore in St. Louis with both Leopold and Bouwmeester being acquired there.

Ribeiro is a crafty player that could fit in as a second line C.
Nielsen can move to third line and Reasoner could be a scratch.

I haven't kept up with him, but I thought he was doing relatively adequate in his time in St. Louis? Is that a false statement?

He did in the beginning, but he began to get exposed and then he started to get the most sheltered minutes ever.

Apparently Army is getting calls for Russell and Cole, I don't think there is any interest in Redden.

Price for Ribs remains first and prospect. Doubt caps sell him right now or that the Isles pay that price for him.

I like the idea of acquiring Ribeiro, but I don't like the idea of breaking up the Bailey-Nielsen-Okposo line especially considering it's been our best line for the past two weeks or so. Honestly I think the Isles would be better served by going after a third line center.

As for Redden, he's washed up. Would much prefer Klesla.

He's playing well, but Bouwmeester, Leopold, and Jackman are better and as a 7th we have Russell and Cole as well. No spot for him anymore.

Redden would go for a conditional 7th like Huskins did though.
