Top LW's in the league: Zetterberg, Vanek, Nash, Neal, Semin, Parise, Sedin, Kovalchuk, Pacioretty, Kane... Hall belongs in there, but to say that he's the best is a stretch.
Hall brings more than all the bolded, and he is currently on par with the other 3. Only Kane has more points then him

IF T.Hall can score 20 points in his last 12 games, he could potentially win the Art Ross. I dont see Stamkos doing that phenomenally down the stretch, same with Kunits and MSL. He just has to catch Crosby and beat out Kane and Getzlaf.

Really really really long shot, but stranger things have happened.

Hall has turned into one of the best passers in the league imo. Some of the apples he has left for his teammates over the past couple of weeks have been unreal. And he can do it at high speed. Amazing

Stranger things have happened, but it sounds like Crosby is gonna be back with ~5 games left so he should be able to get ~8 points in that stretch.

Hall is playing absolutely fantastically, but 28 points in 12 games is a little much to ask for.

do you think he actually has to pass crosby to win it? pens are stacked, if crosby misses most of the rest of the season, and hall finishes 2/3 in scoring and we make the playoffs, that would be the definition of MVP>Art Ross.

still really unlikely, but im saying if those things happened, it would make sense for him to get it.

Nah, aint going to happen.

I just hope that when Hall has a slow start next season like he always seems to, HF Oil doesnt freak out about his hockey sense, hands, etc. This board is so bi polar

If he keeps scoring like he is doing now and Oilers make the playoffs, why not.

Love the fact that the NHL picked up on Hall going into "beast mode", guess they must read HF.

I love how Hall is playing but I think we play some pretty great teams in the end of the season here, teams who play better D than Vancouver or Calgary.

I think we'll see his torrid pace drop off, but god I hope not.

If he ends up top 3 or 5 in scoring and leads the Oilers to the playoffs, I would expect him to garner some votes. I doubt he'll win it, but at least he will receive some recognition. I think we should all be very satisfied to witness what is happening to our team. Some of our kids are taking that next step forward and it's just special to see for years to come.

He could get a nomination, but we have to make the playoffs IMO for that to happen.

While Hall is on fire there are some good guys he'll be up against, Crosby, Stamkos, Tavares, Kane, Getzlaf, Ovi, Kadri simply because you know. Then you have Price, Ludqvist, Niemi as potential goalies.

To be honest 2.15gaa .924spct 16-13-2 really should be the winner if his team makes the playoffs.
