Expecting a 4th or a 5th. Hopefully this train doesn't stop there. Who's next? Comeau? Stempniak?

Expecting a pick or a prospect. Maybe both if we're lucky.

Sarich is a #6D signed at 2million next season... I would be happy with a 4th.

Hoping for a third but we're going to get Jambalaya McHamburglarchickennoodlesoupowski instead from the Czech league's fourth best major junior league who is the third best goaltender not in the NHL.

Now watch - this will be the trade that brings back a decent return.

Murray got two second round picks, one of which was conditional. Regehr got two second round picks as well. Sarich, with his lesser pedigree, should have been able to return at least a 2nd round pick - if he was a UFA at the end of the season.

What madness drove Feaster to offer every fringe player he could 2 year deals last summer? Because of that and the NTC, he won't return much more than a 4th or a weak prospect.

Or Cam Barker. Heh.

I'd still do that trade to get rid of Sarich's contract though.

I'm fine with that, a free contract spot and over 2 million in cap space next year is well worth it.

Anyway I guess it would be Boston that is looking for him.

Nice. Hopefully he brings back a mid-late pick. And we don't attach any "throw-ins"

His foot speed is his worst enemy, but he'd be a great option for a contending team to take as D depth. Sarich brings his game in the playoffs.

I'd be pretty happy with a 3rd in return.

I don't think anyone would be unhappy about that. If they are it would most likely be a fan of the team that acquired him.

The defensive zone is his real worst enemy, he doesn't look any better Babchuck.

Krieder?

In all seriousness, I think we land a 4th for him.

Feaster has traded for 2 1sts, 2 college players, a european players and an AHLer, this "Joke" about going after only NCAA is getting old

With his playoff experience, I would not be surprised if someone snagged him for a 3rd/4th rounder. 5th is probably more accurate though.
