Because Pominville is a good player and we haven't lost too much of our future. Gustafsson is coming over next year and Kuemper has outplayed Hackett. Larsson isn't going to make or break our future.

The Wild has precious little in that crucial 22-28 age range. We have either veterans in or past their prime, or very young unknowns.

There's no way unless we're getting something else.

Granlund isn't a center. It cuts into our center depth and remember what we thought of Khudobin when we traded him?

Miller must be getting moved somewhere if Hackett is included in this. As a Sabres fan, i like Pommer but I'm glad to see a rebuild in progress.

If it's first AND 2nd we better be getting something substantial back or I am going to be sick.

I'm so disappointed. We aren't deep enough to be making these kind of moves, it's too early.

Hackett was supposed to be our next goalie. But he did get buried.

We have good net depth. I imagine we will draft a goalie in June.

If there's a 1st and 2nd involved, I'd consider it a crazy overpayment.

And this trade does nothing to affect that 22-28 age range.

I'd be ok with giving away a 2nd, but if it's a first i'm going to be worried, and if it's a 1st and a 2nd i am just going to snap.

If we added picks, this trade becomes lopsided in favor of Buffalo.

If we give up a 1st and 2nd in addition to those 2, it'd be a huge overpayment. We haven't heard really anything official other than we got him adn those 2 prospects got pulled off the ice.

If we give up a 2nd that's still a good deal IMO. A 1st is overpayment. Pominville is going to be amazing on our first line and c'mon, we got a team's CAPTAIN for 2 prospects and a pick(s). Worth it.

Give them a 2nd. THen ill say its sliced down the middle. NOT a 1st and a 2nd ..

Right now. Its still a good deal leaning a bit on out side. A 2nd would split. a 1st and a 2nd would mean we over paid.
