Hartley probably felt that Kipper needed to day off, no matter what. A lot going on, wouldn't change anything

Anyone else find this sad? What used to be such a good franchise is gone to ****. Listening to kippers interview and basically seeing our franchise goalie doubt his own abilities, losing the face of the franchise for scraps, and watching a team play with no heart and no defence at all. It doesn't get any worse to be a flames fan right now. It's embarrassing and sad to watch what used to be such a proud franchise, crumble.

Except with no players like Tavares or prospects like Strome or Reinhart.

It's ok, guys. Giordano just said they need to be better. Sounds like they got it figured out.

The Brenda wouldn't be so painful if we didn't keep getting Brendovered on those trades over the last week.

I'm an Oilers fan and I don't even like seeing this. I enjoy a great hockey game and that wasn't one tonight.
I hope there isn't any truth to ownership demanding playoffs next season from Feaster. I firmly believe that ownership should let management "manage" until the day they are fired.

Like the Oilers of the 403
As you saw tonight; those 1st overalls can make a big impact Take MacKinnon or Bartchi will be Iginla2.0 with him always needing a centre

I think we miss Bouwmeester the most. No defenseman we have can replace the minutes he played and how he shut down other top lines. That's why we got blown out tonight.

If Feaster wants to build a winning culture in this room then Hartley should start sitting vets and giving AHL kids some games. You would think some of these guys would step up with J Bo and Iggy gone but that was not the case. Aside from the Stajan line having an alright game this team sucked. Cammy and Tanguay have played like dog **** ever since Iggy left and if they continue like this I definitely don't want their **** rubbing off on to everyone else. Cammy is the definition of enjoying the country club atmosphere.

Cammy and Tanguay are playing the opposite of country club. They're playing like someone just ripped their hearts out.

I'm not defending them at all, I agree they should be playing MUCH better than they are right now. Just making an observation is all.

On the plus side, there's only 13 games left in the season. Hooray!
