This is what I expect.

Hope I get proven wrong, though.

I think that is going to be a league wide thing, not a WPG specific one.

Jets already made their moves. Acquired a defenseman, and acquired a forward. Kinda, lol.

If PHX makes any moves tonight, expect it after their game ends.

I have no evidence and/or basis for any of these predictions, but what the hell:

Buff to Bruins.

Hainsey to Oilers.

Postma to Wings.

Antro to Preds

Obviously with all the ~30 yr old D-men moved to date, Hainsey is seen as one of the least coveted by opposing GM's and Chevy will not get what he was hoping for for him tomorrow. Lucky if he's offered a 2nd round pick tomorrow so do not believe he will be moved. Unless of course he is part and parcel of a larger deal where he is a minor component which is not very likely IMO....

Hoping for a Bobby Ryan pitch!

Because no one looking for Ds gave Chevy a couple of 2nd rounders and propspects for him to this point and alot of them, teams like St. Louis, Chicago, Pittsburgh, teams looking for rentals and who are actually legitatmate contenders for the cup (who are the only teams that would think of renting someone like Hainsley for a playof push) seem to have all gotten their D-men. No other team would be willing to give out a couple of picks and/prospects for a 32 yr old UFA thus my opinion that we don't get more than a 2nd if he is dealt tomorrow.

Bobby Ryan is a UFA this summer I believe so I don't think Jets will make a trade for him. They want someone who has one or two years left on his contract.

pominville is who I want most. I know there has been talk on it but what do you think it would take? On the other hand, any chance we made his list?

Ask yourself this, If Bobby Ryan is a UFA this summer, why on earth would they trade him right now when they're going to the playoffs?

So who would want Hainsey?

Boston?
Montreal?
NJD?
Detroit?
Is St. Louis still an option?

I went on and on an on about how we needed to keep some pieces because we were contending...well...I don't think this team the way it is wants to contend. They need to shake it up, and shake it up now. Send Hainsey off for first...the fact that they signed El Troubadoure tells me that they might see the Hains as expendable, and allow Jacob "Permament Beast Mode" Trouba to take a shot. I haven't heard anything, but maybe Redmond is close to return as well.

Antro for a 2nd and third.

Ship off Burmi+ for a serious upgrade to our top six. I'm thinking Pominville, but there is a good chance that Im wrong.

I'd also like to see one more top six forward added, preferably Cammalleri or Stafford. Maybe even Stastny. If both of Antro and Burmi go tomorrow, we'll need to acquire one through other means. Stastny won't be as costly as Avs fans think, probably comparable to Ryane Clowe. A little bit more perhaps.

I'm with Sully, I'd like to add one or both of Cammalleri or Statsny.

Also on my wish list: trading Enstrom for a major forward upgrade: Jakob Varacek or Sam Gagner+. The Jets are something like 12 games above .500 without Enstrom in the lineup and while I don't think he's the problem, I also think we have a surplus of offensive D and gaping holes in our top 6. Other reasons: Enstrom's value will never be higher given the extremely shallow UFA market for D.

Think the B's would be interested in Hainsey, Camara and a pick? Chevy would have to seriously consider that.

By that logic OTT should trade Karlsson
