2-0 now, Brad Stuart blown assignment after his giveaway... Tell me that doesn't sound familiar. They don't need him to do it forever, just three more games.

********** Sharks! I can't stand them. Beat us every time, and when we need a favor they blow it. I hte that franchise with a passion.

The problem for us is that they only have 3 games to fall back to earth. They're now up 2-0, so we've gotta hope that Dallas loses the rest of their games but beats Columbus. It means that the Jackets would have a max of 53 points, while we will have a max of 56 points.

As I finish typing this Sharks score, 2-1 CBJ still.

I really think the Kings are playing the best playoff type hockey of any team. Pittsburgh is up there, but every time I have seen the Kings over the last month they impress me. Probably have missed a few of their bad games, but man when that team is on they are just awesome. Getting Greene back will only help them, praying the lay an egg after playing Minnesota the night before maybe Bernier has a stinker when they come play us. Will be their third game in four days.

Typical. Niemi goes into god mode against us but he lets in questionable goals against the teams we need them to beat.

Columbus is playing better hockey than us right now, lots of traffic and converting their chances. Bob bails them out on most of their mistakes. It is what it is, but winning at San Jose especially if they do it in regulation would be really unusual.

16-1-5 at home this season for the Sharks and they deserve to be leading in this one.

By the way maybe I know why we want Torres. Two or three great chances tonight with nothing, looks just like our boys only bigger and more physical. Just pointing that out and I like Torres, but man he has left some glorious chances out there tonight.

I think Boston has the perfect playoff team. Toughness, depth, skill, goaltending, etc. That team from top to bottom screams "hard to play against."

They're at 89.9%. I'll take those odds any time.

Wings are only at 49.9%...

Eight hits in 12 minutes.
Torres isn't an offensive gem. But he at least gets in position to look reasonable on offensive lines.
And when he's skating around out there, people know it.

I wonder if they'll make an effort to add guys like Torres knowing they're going to be in a division with Boston and Buffalo etc.

Wow, San Jose looks like a dog's rump, this (likely) GWG was an awful turnover. If only we could get in, so many teams look human this year.

It actually looks fun to be a Blue Jacket, they're all loving the win. Detroit never looks this happy.
