NYR/PIT 3/4 aint bad...

Discuss..

If Mod can add a Poll... I forgot I can't add one once posting a thread. Gracias.

I have to say. I hate this ****ing team. Happy we got at least 3 out of 4 vs. them. I wish we could have done it with Cindy Crybaby in the line up but hey not bad. Lets just keep getting points. I feel very confident with this team going forward.

I think we can all agree (for those of us who were stuck with the Pens feed...) that the PENS PBP crew is the worst in the NHL when it comes to intelligence and fairness.

I selected 3 options... Or I thought I did. Maybe the JD is kicking in...

Just got 3 out of 4 points against the best team on earth. Cannot complain.

All they have to do is keep up the level.

We play like that and we beat these guys in a 7 game series.

Very happy with the team's game.

Can't be mad with the results of these last 2, but not getting the second point tonight was rough.

They outplayed the Penguins.

Better team lost.

Classy game all around though. Happy with picking up 3/4 and generally outplaying the Penguins.

Protected the crease and their teammates tonight. Where was this all year? Hard fought battle. Fleury was great.

Very happy with 3 points against the Penguins, and very encouraged by the performance. Second point would've been great, but hard to be mad.

Referees let the Peguins slash, hold, and dive the entire ****ing game and the Rangers still push it to OT, and dominate the 5 minutes.

And then the stupidest ****ing hockey-related invention ruins the game. I really hate the NHL sometimes.

They're playing like last year's team. I love it.

Fleury stole the show.

Now I'm praying Lundqvist is okay.

Exactly, i'll take 3 points out of 4 against PIT.

Good: Line combos! Hags-Boyle-Brassard has looked extremely good.
Lundqvist

May we should have won and the refs were allowing the pens to get away with a ton of obstruction. Can't wait till we get Dorsett. We are not gonna be fun to play.

Frustrating to lose in the shootout, Zucc could have scored on that but just forced it at the last minute.

Fleury had a huge bounceback game and kept the Pens in it, Rangers still played well. 3 out of 4 points on the road, I'd have been happy if you told me the Rangers were going to get that out of 2 games vs the Pens

Need to keep it up tomorrow though and get a big game out of Biron. Hope Lundqvist is OK and just had a minor tweak

I'm not mad. Would hav eloped the second point obvious to but they played really damn well. Flurry stood on his head, and we forced him to have to. They played well.

Opposing goalie actually stole the game for once. The Rangers outplayed the Pens, and had some great scoring chances. So many of the losses this year, where Rangers out shot their opponent and still lost were misleading. In those games the Rangers took some bad shots from all over, which were easy saves. This game MAF really legit stole it. The Rangers played like they should have been playing all year. And they had some great chances, MAF was just really great all night.

We outplayed them two games in a row. Difference in this game was Fluery. Pens didn't even get a ton of great offensive chances.

I'm ****ing disgusted with Boyle. You can't get these kind of sick chances on a silver platter on not bank one in.

Last week we were looking at Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg then Pittx2. A lot of people were calling for a 5 game losing streak. Yea it started bad but 2-2-1 against 4 kryptonite teams isnt bad.
This team has looked a lot better since the changes, now we gotta keep it up. 3 MASSIVE games coming up, we have to sweep those, and if we play the way we played against the pens, that should be doable

We've seen this movie before, Lundqvist plays out of his mind, and still gets outplayed by Fleury.

Have to love Pittsburgh getting away with about 8 penalties in the third period.

Take the point, stay in 7th, guess it's okay, until tomorrow night when some other Carolina Hurricane will find a golden horseshoe lodged in his ***hole.
