He doesn't. He said he wouldn't be there after this year. I see him retiring as a Penguin next year. He did this out of respect for the Dallas org....

Yeah watch out. Some Bruins mods don't have the best reputation.

What happened on their other shifts? Price was elite, right?

Enjoy that bitterness on a great night for the Canadiens. I will savor the win and smile at our team's effort tonight.
The line is effective in the offensive zone but give up almost as many goals per 60 min. In the defensive zone they are often out of position and have trouble getting in the passing lanes. The line has scored 17 goals but given up 15. There's no harm in tweaking the lineup a little, it's something that has to happen anyways if Bourque is coming back.

(excluding tonight: http://www.cs.unb.ca/~mwf/habs/plusminus.html)

I thought Price was pretty damn good tonight at finding the pucks through traffic and minimizing rebounds. I don't get the shot at him...

Where did you post them?

Message overlords or crimson and get the matter sorted out, if you didn't do anything wrong they infractions should be overturned.

I'm starting to think we need an advocacy system here because some of these mods are really over-zealous.

I think we're only on CBC if we play Toronto in round 1.

MAYBE Ottawa.

You are right that we should focus on the win but we can discuss the ups and downs.
Fair enough.

Some people look for the faults in players they do not like. I can be guilty of this as well.

In the 3rd period when the Bruins were stepping up their intensity, the puck was passed to a wide open Chara for a one-timer.

Little old defensive liability Desharnais pushed Marchand out and away from the front of Carey Price and Price made a routine save.

Not too many critics of DD notice the small plays like that which.......if DD did not do that..........would have led to the tying goal.

I wasn't around when the Lucic hit happened....but is it only me that founded that move pretty unsportsmanlike to say the least? If a Habs would have done that, you'd have a whole lot of people saying how we couldn't take a hit and had to cheapshot our way to avoid being hit and so on.....If somebody can take a hit, it's Lucic. Even from Emelin. He didn't need to do that. Really can't believe people are not talking about it too much.

Nah.
Both moving pretty fast, split second decision to try to brace when he saw Emelin lining him up last second.
Bad luck for Emelin , Lucic is just a tank.. Hopefully it was just a really bad charlie horse.
