Parents don't get much sleep with new babies around.

Boston Bruins ‏@NHLBruins Marchand joins B's out on the ice. First time full team has skated together in a long time. 15 F, 9 D, 2 goalies ^CS pic.twitter.com/QsOniVPi5K

So Matt Cooke, Brooks Orpik, Derek Engelland and Tanner Glass can ruin it?

i'm a glass is half full kinda guy. So I prefer to look at it as though; so we can beat them by 2 or 3 goals and show them who the real favorite in the east is!!

Patrice Bergeron says he's ready to go. There'll be last discussions w/drs before he plays, but he might be in lineup vs Ottawa

Didn't most people around hear use that excuse after they won the cup?

I have been thinking the same thing. His level of physical engagement has been nearly zero. Part of me wonders if it is Horton who is afraid to engage physically (concussion) and in a show of solidarity, Looch has refused to hit.

Something's up with those two.

Almost reminds me of when looch had the high ankle sprain a few years back - definitely a head scratcher

Claude Julien said Brad Marchand has been "cleared for contact" and Patrice Bergeron is "highly probable" to return vs. Buffalo

Might as well put them all on a line together and see what they can do.

IMO, I don't think Marchand will play until Friday. Didn't Bergeron have at least one full day of practice before being set to play in what was supposed to be last night's game?

Marshmont! Any idea which game he'll be back for? Would love to see him back next game, but that's probably not realistic.

It would be diffucult even for Haggerty to misinterpret such a direct comment.

I bet Marchand and Soderberg both show up for their first game on Friday. Will be a good test for what will be the playoff team.

Glad Marchand is cleared. He IMO is a key part of the bruins success.

If Clode would rather Soderberg's first game in the NHL be against the class of the league instead of the bottom-feeder Buffalo Sabres, then that's another decision of his that doesn't make much sense.

While this response is probably more appropriate for the Soderberg thread:

There'd undoubtedly be people saying that it was stupid for Julien to have Soderberg's first game be while his body-clock is still way off and before he's gotten to know the system and/or how his linemates play. He's going to be damned by some fans one way or the other, regardless of what he does.

Personally, I want Soderberg in ASAP just because of how few games are left in the season - I don't care about the opponents in tonight's game or any upcoming game ... I would just want him to get as much playing time with his new linemates as possible.

Do any of you really think for a second that Marchand and Bergeron aren't going to be a part of this emotionally charged game?

Even the Vancouver sports radio broadcasts are telling everyone to tune into the Bruins pregame ceremony.

Marchand and Bergeron will be out there.
