Wouldn't we rather Duchene NOT be on the cover of NHL 14, so as to avoid the cover curse?

Do the NHL games have a cover curse?

Well balls. I lost my post detailing it, but yes, they do. Only one cover athlete has gone on to win a Stanley Cup in that season (Patrick Kane). Everyone else either missed the playoffs, was injured, or was eliminated in the 1st round.

So a normal season for any Avalanche player would be expected?

So we won't win the Cup in 2014? Imagine that

So damn tired... I've only had five hours of sleep in the past two days and I have an exam in an hour and won't be leaving campus til after six since I need to screen my e coli samples to see if they took up the glowing dna I inserted into them for lab. Then I get to do it all again next week when I have two exams, a seven page written midterm, a 14 page lab report and three quizzes.

I hope when I look back on this one day I can definitively say it was worth it.

Entourage is one of those shows that's good, but not "groundbreaking" (like Breaking Bad or others).

Don't get me wrong, I own all 7 season, and will go back and watch them from time to time, because it's good entertainment.

BBC's Sherlock is good, Supernatural, Chuck (at least until season 5, but by then you have to watch it to complete all the stories), Parks & Rec, Dexter & True Blood are 2 of my favorites right now that are on the Premium Cable channels.

I tried watching True Blood. Got about half way through season 2, and just kinda gave up on it.

I recently got Showtime, though, and quickly got addicted to a show called Shameless. I don't even know how I would describe the show...slum drama with some humor...I dunno.

I'm also really liking Bates Motel.

Battlestar Galactica... seriously if you at all have some sort of sci fi nerd in you, you will enjoy the series. I'll say it is the best sci fi TV series of all time.

Dexter

Curb Your Enthusiasm

The Wire - possibly the best TV show of all time.

Arrested Development - simply so you are ready for when the new episodes hit.

Some underrated shows you may want to check out: Six Feet Under, Deadwood, The Riches
