How about some Beleskey praise

I think this guy deserves as much credit as possible. Almost no one thought he deserved to be in the line up at the beginning of the year. He is playing great and does not seem to take a night off.

I could easily see him being integral to our success in the playoffs. You can also see Palmieri and Etem improving every game.

Should be a fun finish to the season.

So underrated. Love him. Like I posted in the "favorite Ducks" thread...he's one of my favorite players on the team. Only forward besides Getzlaf that plays with some toughness

I like Beleskey he has the ability to score, not afraid to fight and unlike some grinder/enforcer type players hardly takes stupid penalties.

The young group as a whole has been very promising this year, all the kids are showing up on this team that is pretty young.

My favorite thing about Beleskey is that he has completely changed his game in order to stay in the league. Does whatever is asked of him. Great team player.

i have nothing bad to say about him, except when BB plays him on the top line. as a bottom 6'er? he's the perfect bottom 6 forward

I was a huge critic him last year, he's been a hugely effective player this year, kudos to him for doing anything and everything the teams needs him to do.

He's been great lately - just like Cogliano he's found a role suited to his abilities and is having a great year. Boudreau has definitely done a good job at getting the most out of our depth guys that's for sure.

Yep, he's been very effective this year. He's the type of bottom 6 forward who should have a solid NHL career given how he's changed his style of play

Would have to agree with Boudreau comment. Bonino for the power play? How did that ever happen on this team. Cogliano and Etem for the PK.

Beleskey will probably continue to play a 4th line role, right? Boudreau doesn't make a lot of comments on his roster experiments but he did say he liked the energy Beleskey brings.

It's graet how both Beleskey and Palmieri have been driving the net the last couple of games, those moves seem to rub off on the bench. We haven't had guys pull those moves outside of the first line and Koivu for a while.

Nothing wrong with him being put on the top line, its a great move, he plays rover and does a great job creating holes behind the net and in front of the net when hes playing with getz and perry.

System hes been used to, although he was a top tier in the O, he did the same thing

Belesky Mattieas Tangredi/Cameron , ripped it up in 07/08 great line ( i voulenteer for the local tv crew, all games 06/07 to 10/11 in highschool and now sparringly when im back home from Uni) Reason i say this is and its like people said hes got the physical game down to a t, he'll make or take the check to create offence and get into those dirty areas. But he has the goal scoring knack, so the goals are well deserved but at least to me not surprising.

Been checking out a few games this season and now the playoffs, Joesph Cramarossa, hes goign be a gem, simimlar to belesky, but a centre and better hands. Last nights game against Sudbury (game 2) bull that impressed me the most even though his only goal and point was a well deserved empty net, just haven`t seen a guy battle like that on the ice in a long while. Hope it continues and thats what norfolk gets next season. He`d be great at 3 c though when he makes the jump, will be a nice battle between him , Rakell, Bonino, Holland once koviu retires, and others leave, to see which centre line they fit in on.

As much as everyone hates BB changing the lines all the time, he has done well to great team chemistry and most players fit anywhere.

Beleskey does well on the checking line, but even on the first line he would become net front player and get his goals from there. Makes him 100x more usefull when your able to play different roles.

Takes stick to the eye, puts a visor on and comes back to the bench with under a minute left in a game that was clearly already decided. Loved that move, he could've just as easily sat in the locker room for the last minute of the game.

I know I already and constantly praise him but, I was very impressed with that.
