What we should see:

Lucic - Krejci - Seguin/Jagr
Marchand - Peverley - Jagr/Seguin
Dogman - Kelly - Horton
Paille - Campbell - Thornton

What we will see:

Lucic - Krejci - Horton
Marchand - Peverley - Jagr
Dogman - Seguin - Kelly
Merlot

As long as they win I'm good

Man, I just hope the Bruins decide to show up tonight. I don't want to be wasting 3 hours tonight.

"Easy" 4 games coming up, we really should go 4-0....

Go 's!!

And of course, to those in attendance - our PP sux. Deal with it. Do not boo our PP. (except of course if we're on a 6 on 4 with a minute to go and we use it to practice passing drills).

On the flip side - our floundering PK needs you. Make some noise on the PK!

Hopefully we see these lines tonight.

Lucic | Krejci | Jagr
Marchand | Kelly | Seguin
Paille | Pevs | Horton
Dogman | Soupy | Thorton
Would love to see those lines.

Could even swap Paille/Lucic. Keep the bromance together, keep Marchand-Seguin together, and unite the Czech dynamic duo.

Is he playing tonight for sure ?

I really think when the B's get Bergy (most important), Kelly, Quaider and that new guy from Sweden they get it together.

At the end of the Reg season in 2011 who here thought the B's would win the Cup ? NO ONE. Not even me.

LA went into the playoffs from 8th (I believe) place.

You just never know.

I think they should retire #6 just so nobody has the option of wearing it. Or maybe a burning cerimony at centre ice and watch all the ghosts fly up from the fire.

This is why I keep hope alive. I thought Julien was done at the time. That team stumbled and bumbled their way into the playoffs.

or at least quarantine it so nobody has access to it. Calling in a priest to exorcise it from the building is always the scientific option we can draw upon.

It happens . I went to the West Coast last year and went to a game in LA vs the B's. (March 24th 2012). The B's beat them and the Kings really didn't look like anything special but went on to win the Cup. The gathered momentum as they started to win.

You just never know. Teams can get it together as a group and just get that swagger and go for it.

IMO the B's have as good of a chance if not better than most teams.

Fact is, and this was widely acknowledged, if Horton hadn't scored that goal to win game 7 vs. Montreal, he probably would have been fired.

I have been hearing about him for years. I will believe he is going to be on the B's when I see him on the ice at the Garden.

I'd switch Lucic and Marchand. I remember that line (Looch/Kelly/Seguin) being a refreshing force... And Marchand is JUST what Krejci and Jagr need on that line to mix things up. Our true top unit.

Nice work.

It can be difficult to get a chant going. There is a group in the balcony that is loud and can really get everyone going.

That reminds me of another that has really pissed me off this season (about Julien). For 20 mins, he puts together the Lucic-Krejci-Seguin line and Seguin played probably his best hockey of the season. The line scores twice and wins the game for Boston. It seemed to make a lot of sense that that line could be used in offensive situations. Down a goal? Load up that line for a few shifts, see if they can produce. Momentum swinging and need an offensive push? Put that line together. Why hasn't that happened? EVER? They had one period together, worked magic, and it was never to be seen again. Not even for a few shifts when it was so clear the Bruins needed offense.

Another message for Peverley?

I start to think that the team will be looking to trade him at the draft/during the summer to open some Cap space to keep Horton.

Personnaly, I would go with this:

Looooch-Krejci-Jagr
Marchand-Kelly-Seguin
Paille-Peverley-Horton
Caron-Campbell-Thornton

Yea I don't really see the Marchand/Seguin chemistry. I see Bergeron/Marchand chemistry and Bergeron/Seguin chemistry but remove Bergeron from the mix and I don't really think their styles jive as well as it at first appears.

Give Segs some big wingers, see what he can do with Lucic and Horton. Not putting Krejci and Jagr together at this point is just Julien trolling HFBoards.
