Burns has the hilarious clothing market pretty well covered.

Yeah, I saw him yesterday wearing a white beanie with an airbrushed snake on it with his name on it. Interesting guy.

How is Malkin in the Stamkos-tier when he's significantly better than Stamkos?

Coming off one of his worst playoff series ever where he went pointless, Marleau is currently on pace for a 56 point season over 82 games which not counting 2007-08 would be his worst season in 11 years.

It's tough being a Marleau defender (I am one of his biggest) right about now

It's April, time for Marleau to pack it in for the summer.

Another inspiring performance..tough to watch him sometimes..

TM must be the dumbest coach i have ever seen...put Marleau at C, let Pavs play wing and let Pavs take faceoffs...let PM get the motor running...my lord..

It's not surprising really. They have no play-makers on that line. Swap Couture with Havlat and move Marleau to center then see what you have.

Couture-Thornton-Burns
Havlat-Marleau-Wingels

Yeah, the Marleau-Couture-Wingels line has succeeded in general as a shutdown line but it's not exactly utilizing Marleau and Couture's talents well and they're not going to be an offensive line as constructed.

Couture really isn't all that great defensively anyway.

I'd say he's up there. Better than Havlat at least.

The bottom-6 (Wingels instead of Pavelski).

Bottom-6 doesn't count for anything. DW will back me up on this one.

Couture isn't the savior of the franchise though. That's Adam Burish. Come on Jux you should know these things.

That actually looks pretty good, especially if the 3rd line is Pavelski-Gomez-Torres/Sheppard. Only problem I have is that we don't really have a shutdown line besides the Thornton line.

Are we the only team in the NHL that still doesn't have consistent lines right now? Barring injuries, of course.

No. Every coach line juggles. Go watch a Boston game and watch Julien throw Jagr out with Greg Campbell and Danny Paille.
