Holy crap, being on the balance ball shaking the heavy ropes has gotta be brutal as hell.

Awesome find Euro, how can anybody hate this guy? There is a reason why the Flames went after him.

IMO this guy has Rod Brind'Amour written all over him. We can't trade this guy.

Isn't this the same video from the few months ago?

I'm pretty sure it was posted here before. Still cool to watch it again, he's a beast.

Holding out for 5+ million after your first above average season is enough for me to hate him. His ego prevented him from helping the team this season and seasons to come because he's now 3 million overpaid.

It was an NHLPA video made during last summer. Edited by Boyd Devereaux, which isn't too shabby for an ex jock.

No you see he did help the team by getting us Seth jones. It's all part of the plan.

Was hoping it was a new video. Just the same one from earlier this winter. Still worth a watch for those who haven't seen it.

Average season? He was fantastic, you can't take that away from him. He's not overpaid by 3 million.

RoR would've got 5 mil on the open market.

He's overpaid as a RFA, he's not overpaid in market terms.

Is this video really any diffrent than anyone elses video would look like?

Hard time understand this "Look at this, this is way we cant trade him" thing.

I hear that Seth Jones kid could use some conditioning. Maybe he should make a workout video.

I kid, I kid.

I don't think that's what it was intended for, it was an NHLPA video. It does seem to re-inforce how hard he trains, and that he might have an extra gear that most players don't have. He even seems to have an extra gear that his brother doesn't have, though the video is mostly centerred around Ryan, so that could be the reason.

I think the full version does it better justice. Sure makes Bayfield, ON seem like a nice place during the summer too.

Good practice habits to learn for Hishon, who trains with them in the summer.
