I don't think so. All of his fans who bought a 64 jersey will be upset.

I'd honestly prefer he didn't. 64 is unique. There are too many number 10's

If he does it would be nice if the Oilers offered free jersey altering. or at least discounted.

Don't mean to get peoples hopes up but I've heard of teams offering discounts on number/name changes when players change their numbers or something along those lines.

Glad I never bought a 64 jersey though, i'm still stuck in the caveman days of the white and navy edge jerseys aka the most plain and boring ones in the league. Good thing they were on sale for $30 each lol.

Those people that bought an N64 jersey should have known that Horcov wasn't going to be here forever...

No one else thinks it would be cool to have his #64 jersey even if he switches to 10? It's like having a rare rookie card

10 is a much nicer number than 64 so I hope he changes it

I have a 64. I've never worn it though. Tags still on it. But If he switches numbers I think it'd be cool to have. 10 years down the road if he becomes a star. It's like Bollands gf/Sister/wife whoever that was in the crowd last night wearing his old #50 jersey.

He needs to to keep 64. Honestly what would you rather have, a Nintendo 64 or some crappy Nintendo 10?

I don't get it. So you opened the thread that is entitled "If Horcoffs gone, does Yakupov take
10, just to comment how you don't care.

Why open the thread?

Is 10 not going up into the rafters? The guy was paid more by the oilers than probably any other oiler in team history over his tenure here.

I want him to keep 64 but that's just me being greedy, I bought a #64 jersey and the number grew on me this year.

Whitney is leaving as well so I'd guess Schultz takes his #6?
