Thanks as always, MSE. At least there's one aspect on which we can all rely.

Look at the tank they got with that roster. Everybody but Vanek is playing on a line above their skill.

I caught a bit of Buffalo's "performance" against Montreal last night. Let's just say that nobody should be setting their PVRs in the hope of seeing a hockey clinic being put on by these two squads.

Let's go Sabres!

BTW, watching games at this stage is about as hard for me as a playoff chase. I have so many mixed emotions as I watch. I want the players, particularly the young ones, to play well, but I know that we ultimately are more aided by a loss every game. Tough to reconcil.

Oh for the love of ...

Can some other team loan the Sabres a real-life NHL defenseman, please? Or at least rehydrate Miller with some happy juice so he gets back to form?

Maybe we can use different colored jerseys for this game to confuse Miller?

If the flyers wanted to tank, they would let kimmo sit out a game and rest.

That would show those Sabres who is boss, no way they could out tank that

Gervais - Gustafsson
Schenn - Lauridson
Foster - Huskins

Any more tank-obvious would be broomball shoes and backwards helmets

None was named at today's practice. It is usually confirmed at morning skates which won't be held with an afternoon game tomorrow.
