Because a blurry, selective screengrab tells the entire story.

What I see is a hit to the head. That's a match penalty. I wouldn't say suspension though.

How do they keep it from melting...in the winter it can still be 30degrees C

So how is gudbranson supposed to hit someone who is 6 inches shorter than him? he did everything legally including staying on his feet. (you are allowed to leave your feet after contact)

Glad Little is ok btw

I was pretty surprised by the call, but I guess it was a hit to the head and Little did get injured. I don't think he was intentionally trying to hurt Little though. Just a bad situation.

That Vegas game I mentioned was 20 YEARS ago, and the technology has improved considerably since then.

It is cooled from below, same as NHL rinks. It's like 21 degrees in an NHL rink, how do they keep it from melting in MTS centre?

u serious?

for starters, don't drive UPWARD with your shoulder when you check.
then you can use the rest of your body to hit. that's usually a safe bet to not maim someone.

So I guess our new game strategy is score a bunch of goals in a 5 minute span in the 2nd period and ride it out.

Is it bad that I started shouting angrily when I realized Hainsey didn't get that one?

I like that strategy if they can hold it out.

Kane and thorburn must be close. Did you see the smile on Kane's face when Thor came back to the bench. That's great to see.
