With Phoenix 4 points back from us now, I am starting to think we are going to miss the playoffs and the loss of our 1st will become even more devastating. This game is sort of make or break for this club - we have no confidence against good teams.

Hope I am wrong

You guys need to half faith. These are professional hockey players we are talking about. Don't jump off the cliff just yet.

I'll be missing a good portion of the game but I should be able to watch the beginning and end. That's what matters, right?

After listening to some vocal Wild fans complain all season; Yeo finally puts Granlund on the first line. He immediately makes a terrible turnover leading to a 4 on 1, with Stoner the only guy back. Stoner manages to take out two of the Blues players without drawing a penalty, but the remaining two players score.

The "intellectually superior" Wild fans jump onto the ice attempting to kill Stoner and blaming him for the entire thing. They then burn down his house, kill his family, and proclaim the world is just since Brett Clark is now the 2nd pairing D-man.

Wild lose all remaining games by 5 goals or more, and the Xcel Center is blown up by Angry Finns determined to prove that Granlund is the best player in the history of hockey, and that All of Minnesota conspired against him to make him perform so poorly all season long.

Granlund Scores a couple and gets in a fight.

Falk nets one as well.

Backstrom only faces 13 shots.

Stoners first shift he turns the puck over to Tarasenko who immediately scores, Backstrom chases Stoner down to the other end of the ice where he pummels him with his blocker. Stoner crawls back to the bench where Yeo cuddles him and wipes his tears and sends him right back out on the ice. The Wild come back to win behind the strong net minding of Darcy Kuemper who is in the game because Backstrom received a game misconduct for pummeling Stoner.

4-1 Wild

Parise
Koive
Coyle
Konopka

Sounds realistic except Koivu doesn't score in April.

Time to be positive. The Wild will be fast, play sound, pressure, great chances, and be defensively sound. Stoner will have a solid games, and the Wild will find the back of the net numerous times.

The boys in the room felt fans were booing us on the PP the other night, but I assured them it was BOOOOO-CHARD. #InThisTogether #Faith

Weird stat: #mnwild's PP ranks 25th at home, ranks 3rd on the road. Must be from the home fans yelling 'Shoot'!
Minnesota hockey fans can be pretty intelligent, yet stupid at the same time. QUIT FREAKIN' BOOING THE PP!!! It's embarrassing.
