Canucks season will end with a bang in the shower.

Bieksa, Kesler, and Lappiere all showing why everyone still hates that pathetic franchise.

Anyone else think that it was incredibly unproffesional of the commentator (Hrudey?) to say that he's happy the game was almost over?

It's too bad they didn't try for the 10 before that.

I don't watch a lot of hnic, did the CBC use the Canucks home broadcast team?

I wonder if they know how irritating it is to listen to the other teams broadcasters on a supposedly national tv station

Oilers win 7-2, over the Canucks. Nail Yakupov with the Hat Trick. Excellent game, and excellent end to the season. I'm so excited for next year. BIG expectations and BIG things coming up in the future of these Edmonton Oilers! Great job boys!

Hall, Nuge, Yakupov all scored a hat trick in their rookie seasons.
Eberle does not have one yet.

Yakupov!!!!!

MacLean just mentioned Sestito's mocking of Yak's celebration.

He's a hack.

Great goalie, decent studio analyst, terrible color guy.

What else should he say?

Nothing could be more evident than this game was not even an exhibition calibre of contest.

Nucks gave up 6 goals in the 3rd. This isn't Edmonton dominating, its Nucks mailing it in during a nothing game that meant nothing for either side.

Nice to pad some point totals I guess but its a very abstract contest.

If anything ending the season on a couple games like this kind of annoys me because it possibly disguises how much lineup work is required before next season.

I was wondering why they had such a huge celebration on Schultz goal there... makes sense now, got Hall his bonus on that goal.

Nice way to close out the season.
