I understand they want to put Anismov with Gaborik because of skill and familiarity but at the same time it hurts aswell. It would be nice to see what Johansen would do there and also with Gaborik on the line there isn't really any forecheck and Anisimov with Calvert and Atkinson was relentless and got tons of chances from wearing down opponents. Also nice tip Atkinson!!!

Lucky that it didn't get waived off? Maybe, but only because we've been getting screwed. Was the play weak or the goal soft? I don't think so. Good shot, twice deflected, if not three times, though I don't think it hit the blues' player's stick.

Did the NHL tell their refs to allow the Blues to goon it up and let everything they do after a whistle go?

LoL I think you all need to take off your Blue Jacket colored glasses when it comes to these scrums. Columbus is lucky the original penalty on Prout was the only one called

It hit a Blue player first then came very close to hitting Atkinson's...

Is Johan's stick too long or what? It looks like he can't get anything on his shots at all.

If you watch the play seemlessly then the puck changes direction when it goes past Atkinson's stick. Pretty sure it hit it, and they seem to agree with me since they credited Atkinson with the goal.

Blues are a bunch of cheap-shot thugs. Way to goon it up boys! Stay classy.

Glad we got out of that tied... We need to up the throttle or we really don't have much of a chance at this.

I was going to say close if not hitting it... from the tape I don't know how one can say for sure but if they gave him the goal they think it hit his stick... regardless, it's a freaking goal...

Somebody is going to get seriously injured if the refs don't start doing their job.

Sounds like the definition of lucky goal to me.

Another small scrum. Dubie with some shoves, DMac joins in and just grins as he shoves Porter to the ice. Love it.
