Most promising goalie under age of 25?

Typically goalies are maturing later than other players.

Who do you consider most promising among the goalies under 25 years who have played minimum of ten games during season 2012-13?

Voted Lehner.

Should have voted other (Bobrovsky) but forgot about him.

I find your lack of Bobrovsky disturbing.

Markstrom and Lehner exhibit everything you'd want in a goalie to be successful at the NHL level (athleticism, positioning, size). If you made a goalie in a lab, it would look like one of these two goalies.

How could you not include the best cop on the force?

By the choices available i would go:

Semyon Varlamov
Braden Holtby
Robin Lehner
Jonathan Bernier
Jacob Markstrom
Anders Lindback
Jake Allen
Steve Mason

I would choose Holtby over Bob just because he is proven in the playoffs.

Yeah, I thought I checked that Bobrovsky had already turned 25. Apparently I didn't, or not well enough.

I agree this poll without number # 1 cop is bit like making similar poll about forwards and leaving out Kadri.

Varlamov, Bober and Holtby are a clear cut ahead of all of them.

Jonathan Bernier and it's not even close. His work ethic & poise are threw the roof. He really needs to get traded because LA is waisting a young talent behind another young talent. Bernier has the upside of becoming a Top 3 goalie in the league. I've been following him with my dad since way back so I'm probably biased, but not as much as people think because he's the most underrated on that list.

Where's Bob?

Him and Lehner would be my 1 and 2.
