Never knew you could bake it but as someone who doesn't wear a shirt around the house half the time, this could be really helpful!

Baking is what we did in every restaurant I've worked in. Used parchment paper. The bacon comes out perfectly.

Just had some baked bacon this morning. I throw it into a cold oven, set it to 400, and check on it around 15 minutes.

Bacon on the stove tends to spatter, leaving a bit of a mess on the stovetop.

I failed to look last night -- does bacon in the oven spatter and make a similar mess?
