Meh.

Jagr was great. Other than that? More of the same.

And every single loss we hear how the Bruins aren't gonna win round in the playoffs. Must be nice for those teams that will win a round, do they ever lose a regular season game?

The players (Lucic, Horton, and Krejci imo) should be blamed for lack of effort but that also ends up going back on the coach.

With all the goalies in the system if he sucks in the playoff don't sign him long term.
agree, but it's not a popular opinion to have around here, so it makes us sound stupid

First game in over a week I had time to watch and wish I found something else to do.

As good as it sounds to say Marchand and Bergeron will be back soon enough and Soderberg will be added, the Bruins played like crap with Marchand and Bergeron. We're still good enough to go far in the playoffs but the lack of effort is frustrating to watch.

Finish.
Jagr by far was the best offensive player out there tonight. That stuttered chance he had where he got robbed by Peters, he should have released it earlier, but he was also out there for the whole powerplay. Not where the finger should be pointing. Horton was invisible and Lucic can't remember what team he's on.

You see them on that PP? Look like brothers from different mothers...
My guess is that if you put Krejci with Jagr (and Seguin).. your 3 best players are together.. Which to us, as fans, sounds great.

But if the Canes can shut them down then that's it. the rest of the lines are hodgepodged messes. Claude saw (we ALL saw) that Jagr was getting quality chances with Campbell so why not keep them together? You get another line that's a threat with Bergy and Marchand out.

I don't have an issue with people debating what Claude should do.. but these back-seat coaches are the absolute worst. Julien is a proven coach and a damn good one.

Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it. This team with a different coach could EASILY be a bubble playoff team.

Something needs to change because this team isn't showing up ready to play.

Carolina had 1 win in the past 15 games and they dominated the Bruins in the first period just like they did in the game in Boston and just like Montreal did last weekend.

The injury excuses do not explain why this team gets outworked so often. If anything the team should rally together but we see the opposite of that.

not pointing the finger just at Jagr and while he is fun to watch with the puck where is the Finish. I have been told over and over that he is one of the best ever and he will bring the finish that the rest of the Bruins don't have.

He has not finished a single goal off his stick yet.

I hope everyone is right and they flip a switch and get their S#%! together for the playoffs. I'm not upset because of this one game...I don't know it seems like it has been a common theme for some time.

With all the goalies in the system if he sucks in the playoff don't sign him long term.
You realize Tuukka Rask is the favorite to win the Vezina right?

The dude is SECOND amongst goalies that have played the entire year, and yet uniformed people like you think he is the problem.

He makes some HUGE saves. Sometimes the goals go in on kind of easy shots, but who does that remind me of... Hmm. Tim Thomas?

Get a grip. Who do you suppose is the better option? Watch some highlights from other games from the NHL's youtube channel. You will soon see that these "soft goals" aren't in fact soft and more just normal goals.

Well don't expect finish from a playmaker, would you consider Krejci a great player? Yes, but a great finisher? Not really

Are you really that annoyed by Bruins fans being excited by Jagr?

right because he has only won more games than any other Bruins coach ever except one.

Guy clearly sucks.

Thomas is the best goaltender I have ever seen...and he let in more soft goals than Rask.

Goaltending is the farthest thing from our problem.
