Didn't look out of place at all and brought some really good energy. Good thing CJ didn't opt for Caron.

He was fine. Third line wasn't a show stopper, but looked better than when Kelly was centering at least.

I though he looked pretty good out there based on what was expected if him.

Really liked his game last night. He looks more dangerous than Kelly and Peverley have all postseason. Really hoping those guys start carrying their weight when it counts the most. The top two lines are going to be seeing the best d-men they've seen in a while so they could really use some help.

It just wreaks of amateur hour to have the coach tell you you're playing for the first time in a month and you immediately run to frigging twitter to tell everyone about it, especially when the whole team has deleted theirs for the playoff run. It's something a teenage girl would do. Like I said I hope he plays great, but this just makes it seem like he's star struck or something, instead of just buckling down and being focused.

Beersy even said that on game days especially, there hasn't been much in the way of laughing/messing around at all in the locker room, that the guys have been completely zeroed in. Off days and practices have been a little lighter in mood, (depending on how the night before's game went, obviously), but him doing that just annoyed me. It won't matter if he gets the job done but right now I don't like it.
I think you should improve your critical thinking skills. That's not his twitter account.

Hell, the guy hit the post on one shot. Has Kelly done that at all this post season?

Mixed feelings at this time. It appears that he is mostly a minus player. I say that by only checking his stats and not knowing the circumstances. I liked what I saw in the pens game but remain undecided.

On a side note: It would have been nice if Bartkowski had gotten in at least one game in Pittsburgh.

So, according to Daugavins father, Kaspars has postponed his wedding day due to the Stanley Cup Finals. It was originally planned to take place on June 21 (scheduled last autumn), a new date hasn't been set yet.

Also, Daugavins father will come down to Boston for Games 3 and 4.

I'll make the bold prediction of the SCF, Daugavins is going to score a goal.

Maybe

I think the Dogman is potting one in the SCF. Just a hunch I'm playing.

Hoping Dawgs can be that unlikely hero who steps up, seizes the moment, shows his linemates how it's done.

OK hes been awful. Bad game. Thornton too its shortened our bench a lot especially because the 2 of them struggling sticks out when you get a whole lot of nothing from Kelly and Peverley.

Ever since he made the nice play early in G4 to ring that post his play has been poor. Not firing into an open net and going for a deke is moronic.

That is the reason why you put as much skill in the lineup as you can.

No reason for Daugavins to be in there over Soderberg.

I've thought he's been fine. Obviously he ****ed up big time tonight by not finishing but he is generally causing some chaos on the forecheck.

Tap-in on the Fn forehand.... goes for the same brain-dead backhand deke he always goes for.

Please give us SOMEBODY on the bottom 2 lines with finishing skills. Please.

******* cost us the game and probably the series. The 2013 Glen Wesley.

I used to like his game, now I don't want him anywhere near the ice for the rest of the series.
