Organizational Depth

This year 34 players have played for Ottawa. 15 of those players have also played in Bingo. 42 players have played for Bingo, with 15 also playing for Ottawa, and 11 also playing for Elmira. 41 players have played for Elmira, with 11 of them also playing for Bingo.

This leaves a grand total of 91 players that have played in the organization this year

Best depth in the league, easily.

What's even more surprising is that we have 20 MILLION IN CAPSPACE.

Our AHL team is 5th in the league even with half their players in Ottawa.

Prospect pool is top 3.

NHL team is in playoff position without their top 5 stars for most of the season.

I don't think the numbers of guys who have dressed for Elmira is really pertinent to the depth of the organization. What is important is the quality of the players who got cut from Ottawa and Binghamton; we have a handful of NHL caliber prospects stuck in the AHL, and a handful of AHL quality prospects that had to get cut and sent to the ECHL. Those are the guys who are paying dividends for the organization, not the 20 guys who were called up to the ECHL from even lower tiered leagues.
