Awesome! Great for Bish! Happy for him. Hopefully he continues to play strong and makes a good name for himself.

Glad for the big guy. Him and Lindback will make an awesome tandem in the near future.

Might have to pick up a Boshop TB sweater.

Good for him, wish him the best. Hopefully he gets PAID.

I really wished Ottawa could have kept you big guy, but it just wasn't going to work.

Hasn't he only been average/bad since getting to TB (save for 1 shutout)?

Just make sure when you stitch the name, it's "Bishop"

I would've gotten on if he stayed in Ottawa and was secured into the teams roster.

His numbers at that great if discount his shutout but he is playing behind a pretty ****** defense and I thought he has looked better than the numbers would suggest.

Has had a few bad moments, but has also had a lot of shaky play going on front of him. Large parts of the team either playing hurt, gone braindead, or just mailing it in.

I am guessing you haven't watched any of games? Do you know what it feels like to expect every little shot go in when Garon is in net? Seriously my heart sank every time a puck went towards him. Bishop brings confidence back there. He is great in net, just need to work on D and we should be back in the playoffs.

Sounds about right, in two years Stevie will probably find a 7 footer to sign.

he hasn't been stellar, but he is facing a lot of shots with a team that plays terrible defense.

Good for him.

A goaltender is as only as good as the defense and system in front of him.

I think Bishop is just happy he has an opportunity to fight for the #1 job. It'll be a good AAV that makes sense, around or less than 2m per.

Low risk, high reward. Nothing wrong with the re-signing, did anyone expect them to let him walk?

The trade is a different story. Could easily come back to haunt them. Or it might not.
