He never said those 6 pounds weren't just fat and water weight.

Strength is a function of your central nervous system, not muscle mass. Either way, it doesn't matter. Keep bulking, keep lifting, and keep getting stronger.

It's fine dude. That's why there a cutting process after. I'm getting quite fat from my bulk already and I still have 15 pounds to go.

Eat to keep your sanity, homey. That's all that matters when you're out there in that sandbox.

He's Canadian. Still awesome though, sad that this is his last day up there.

Can't find any info on that, but I know from seeing interviews and other things with him that he definitely identifies himself as Canadian.

I posted this in a jersey thread, but I think it might get a little more traction here.

I need some opinions. I just picked up this pristine 90's home jersey for $30 (rad).

I've been wanting an Irbe jersey for as long as I can remember. Based on some recommendations around here, I hit up Ducummons and they said that they have the appropriate lettering and can make the jersey for me. Thanks for the tip! Anyway, I'm thinking that I want to add a patch on there as well, but can't decide which to go with. I'm thinking:

A: NHL 75th anniversary patch (Worn during the 91-92 season. Sharks inaugural year and Irbe's rookie season)

B: Stanley Cup 100th anniversary patch (worn during the 92-93 season.

Which should I go with!?

ALSO, Ducummons is doing a Playoff Special right now. Any name and number for $50. Usually $65-$85!

I just got done with my final assignment at grad school, spent a week working on a large collagraph/woodcut plate, like 3'x4', and when I go to print it the thing doesn't pull right. I end up doing two small woodblocks, cut super fast last night while I was watching the Bruins game. I hand printed a ton on monotype ghosts of varying sizes in the two hours before it was due. They turned out so well that I think the process will be a big money maker for me considering how quick and easy they are to make.
