My cheat meal is usually alcohol. Lots of it.

But I am bulking up right now, so I can have pizza if I want. It's just depressing when you look at the nutrition info.

right...

Quinoa, eh, Barry? I haven't tried that yet, but I've heard a lot about it. I still pack away non-GMO wild rice main carb source. Other than that, it's Ezekiel whole wheat aka cardboard.

I never look at nutrition on cheat meals/days. No point to it. And yes, I'll have a few drinks tonight as well. Wake up dehydrated and ripped. Then comes the water retention for a few days afterwards

Respect, KM

Yeah, I lift and whatnot. In fact, today was shoulders and tris. Did a GVT shoulder routine for the first time and am feeling it. I could barely get the dumbbell over my shoulder before locking it for one arm overhead extensions

Never juiced. Been offered before, but I'm not putting that junk in me. Just protein and BCAA's. I normally stick within the 8-10 rep range, but I always do a mix-up once a month in order to keep my body guessing. This time it was GVT. I've done pump routines as well, but get bored with the amount of reps involved.

I would juice like my name is Buster Bluth if I had the chance. In fact, I need to check my T - can get some legal steroids if it's low. Which it might be cuz I am too tired too often. But if it's not, I'm just a lazy bum.

Do you find BCAA's to be helpful? I don't really take anything but protein (did creatine though) and I figure since I'm not cutting, I'm hitting all those micros through diet?

I love taking in BCAA's, especially during the workout. Since starting BCAA's, I don't find such a steep drop in my output towards the end of my workout. The main reason I started it is because I usually hit the weights about 2 hours after my last meal (lunch). I eat every two hours, so I'm basically lifting in fasted state.

http://www.musclepharm.com/products/amino-1

Been on that for 4 months now and I'm enjoying it. I don't sip it on off days like they suggest, though.

Hmm, I might consider it then. Do you take it as a pre-workout or just include it in your post workout shake?

Ah, I woke up with a migraine and the thought of booze, especially JD, is nauseating. Sorry to disappoint

The stuff I linked is actually an intra-workout drink. It has electrolytes as well, so think of it like Gatorade. Just add to water. The cherry-limeaid flavor is pretty good.

That sucks, I like to drink water during the workouts because one thing I hate about the supplements is the fact they are flavored - that **** always makes me feel a little nauseous. That's why I had no problem with creatine.

Yeah, I didn't like the taste at first, but it grew on me. There are BCAA capsules you can take before a workout as well, though.

Anyone know if the Sharks store still has any of those insulated plastic teal cups for sale? They were on a small shelf right in front of the registers along with most of the other glassware.

My mom got one when we were down in San Jose, but apparently it spontaneously developed cracks in the outside when it got hot water put into it to be washed. Now she's sad, and we can't have that on Mother's day, can we.

I want to get her a replacement one if they're still there, so I was hoping someone might be able to grab one from the store if they're still available and mail it to me and I'll pay for the cup and the postage and everything. IIRC they were only like $10-15. I can get a picture later if it helps too.

It's got the Sharks logo and the wordmark on it. I got one too and I could give her mine, but I'd like to get a new one if possible.

The only other thing I see close to that online would be this:

http://www.amazon.com/Jose-Sharks-20...d_sim_sbs_sg_1

Hope someone local can get you an answer. You can always call the Sharks Store, too.

That's it. And it's cheaper than in the Shark store too (I swear they were like $12 apiece.

Thanks Slo!

Wow, those are some impressive results. I've been considering taking in creatine, but I have to get my hydration in order first. I'm not as consistent as I should be.
