No way does Tampa take a D in top 10, Nichushkin goes there, for sure. Especially with his better play in the playoffs.

I love Monahan but EDM should take a D there.

Columbus don't take a D with their first 3 picks, Zadorov is good but they already have a great D.

I can't see Fucale going to SJ, care to explain? He should be going to the leafs lol.

The Kings pick belongs to the Jackets. The Blue Jackets will not select Zadorov. Wennberg would be a better option.

Tampa would take Monahan. They need defensive awareness among forwards more than defenseman, in reality.

Jackets take Wennberg over Zadorov every day of the week.

Isles take Lazar, who can play RW well, over Hartman.

SJ isn't touching Fucale. What on earth makes you think they need a goaltender? Their 29 year old Vezina-caliber goaltender? Or their 25 and 23 year old prospects playing outstandingly on a terrible AHL team? Give me Zykov, Burakovsky, or Dickinson 100% if those are the options.

Since San Jose doesn't want Fucale, I officially call dibs for Toronto.

Edmonton doesn't need D. Well, they need D on their main roster but the Oilers are happy with their D prospcts coming up. We don't have a single forward who has top 6 potential in the system. We also need size down the middle, Monahan would complement Nugent-Hopkins nicely. Gagner can be traded to a top 4 defenseman.

The thought process behind Fucale was that Niemi will be 34-36 once Fucale actually has fully developed most likely.. will he be the same goalie? Fucale can be ready to step in once Niemi is done and he's a safer bet than Satteri and Anderson.

Agree 100%, well said. Monahan, Barkov or the Oilers trade the pick, over the last 2 weeks it has become clear.

I doubt Hagg falls into the 2nd round.

I would take him with the Canucks pick.

Burakovsky's a favourite of mine, but Chicago can't pass on Hagg if he falls. He's exactly what they want/need in a Dman. Doubt he falls that far though.

Wennberg, Lazar or Gauthier for Columbus rather than Zadorov. OK with Horvat and Zykov but you can insert any of the 3 for them as well (although I really like Zykov in the late 1st)

Okay with Mantha for Dallas, but I'd prefer Wennberg.
