Miller or Eaves, if you had to choose?

Who do you keep if you could only keep one??

Miller or Eaves?

Who is more useful?
Who is better offensively?
Who is better defensively?

Seems like at MINIMUM one will be going after this year.

So if you had to pick, who stays?

(Lets not expand to "both" leave, thats not the point of THIS thread )

Miller.
I would even keep him after this year if we didn't have so many players waiting.

Pre-injury I liked Eaves. Obviously it's tough to go with the guy that sat out an entire season while the other guy was a sound bottom 6 player.

At this stage I'd join the chorus of Miller.

I'll go with Eaves just for the sake of being different.

Eaves was better before his injury. He's timid now, and who can blame him. Sorry, Eaves but it's time to part ways. Miller is a better 4th liner in every facet.

I've always liked them both but currently Miller is more useful.

Two years ago I would say Eaves, but nowadays it's clearly Miller. But I wouldn't cry after either guy.

Miller.
Eaves was a better player 2 years ago and had that 20+goal potential

But injuries took their toll.

Regardless, Miller is a dime-a-dozen fourth liner. He needs to go

There we go, agreeing again. Let's not make a habit of this, threads are boring then.

I liked Eaves a lot before the injury but he is just not the same player. Have to go with Miller

Miller. By far our best 4th liner type IMO.

Miller, he's everything you'd want in a fourth-liner.

I'd go with Miller. Let's add another option here, Miller, Eaves or Cleary?

I think depending on the contract, assuming that they're under 2 years and 1-1.5M, I'd go with Cleary. How about you guys?

Miller, though I don't see a reason for either to be around any longer.

Do we get to say neither? Miller is useful enough, but he's not anything more than a 4th liner. A 3rd liner at the very most. He's absolutely not a top 6 guy.

Eaves has just... lost it. He used to be a very good role player, but injuries have really set him back.

Never had a problem with either but at this point Miller is better than post injury Eaves.

Wouldn't be upset if both were gone for younger guys to get a shot though. Them, Cleary, Sammuelson and Bert
