I quit watching at that point. I'm sorry, but when I'm through 20 episodes and I can count the good ones on one hand, I'm done. I don't care how great the rest of the seasons are.

People saying it's the best show ever.. I just don't see it. Madmen and Friday Night Lights are worlds better.
Yes.

Just about to start season 2 of Mad Men right now. Season 1 started out pretty slow as expected but the last couple episodes were GOOD. The sales pitch to Kodak was just ridiculously awesome.

My only problem with the show is that it really makes me want to take up smoking.

Gretzky right now might be still better than Ebbett.

Loved tonight's How I Met Your Mother.
It was legend...
Wait for it...
And I hope you are not lactose intolerant...
Dary.
Somewhere between top 5 and 10...

That means they will get along?

Loved the Ralph Macchio and William Zabka bit.
Great continuity there.

Also just learned that Zabka had an Oscar nod.

So I'm volunteering at the Western Canada Cup and the hockey dignitaries are starting to come in. Steve Tambellini's here to cheer on his son Adam and I've heard Ron Delorme is here too. More to come for sure.

Classless One, where are you? We're having a real rockin' time.

To be honest...
The guy intrigues me.
He maybe a bad quarterback...
But he knows how to win.
I am always amazed at his 4th quarter comebacks...
And how he elevates his play with the game on the line.

Coming to Canada might be good for Tebow...
Because he will have to learn how to throw...
With such a pass happy league...
Even more than the NFL...
And no place to run.
He will also have less pressure...
And he can just take the time to learn the ropes.

Every now and again, the show busts out an episode like that that reminds you of why you liked it to begin with. Fantastic episode. Just wish there were more like it recently.

Thinking about proposing to my long term girlfriend. This type of commitment terrifies me though.

That's gotta be pretty common though, right...? How have some of you guys pulled it off? Lots of whiskey?

Sometimes I wish proposals were a long discussion with your significant half instead of an emotional declaration of love.

Anyway, I landed a job at the Starbucks in a Safeway!
