Sonnen certainly didnt have the same jump in the second as he did the 1st. Unless Anderson was willing to be dominated like that in the first round.

Lol Jones did not get the reaction he wanted.

Joe Rogan looks like Carlos Mencia all bald and clean shaven.

Same as Spawn (edit - except for the Nelson/Kongo fight).

Main Card:
Light Heavyweight Championship: Jon Jones (c) vs Chael Sonnen - 2nd Round sub
Middleweight Bout: Michael Bisping vs Alan Belcher
Heavyweight Bout: Roy Nelson vs Cheick Kongo
Light Heavyweight Bout: Phil Davis vs Vinny Magalhaes
Lightweight Bout: Jim Miller vs Pat Healy

Preliminary Card:
Bantamweight Bout: Bryan Caraway vs Johnny Bedford
Light Heavyweight Bout: Gian Villante vs Ovince St. Preux
Womens Bantamweight Bout: Sara McMann vs Sheila Gaff
Lightweight Bout: Rustam Khabilov vs Yancy Medeiros
Featherweight Bout: Leonard Garcia vs Cody McKenzie
Welterweight Bout: Nick Catone vs James Head
Featherweight Bout: Steven Siler vs Kurt Holobaugh

I have a feeling Healy will somehow pull the upset, but I can't bring myself to pick him (not because I don't like the guy, but because my brain is telling me otherwise).

Funny, I couldn't decide on the Kongo/Nelson fight. I couldn't decide if it would be like Nelson vs Schaub/Meat head types. Or Nelson vs Werdum/Mir.

Granted I could eat crow on this tonight but I feel like Kongo is closer to Schaub/Mitrione than Werdum/Mir. Interesting fight though for sure. I think Roy will take a decision. (Which might be a bad call because Roy hasn't won a decision in 6 years. Lol.)

If Kongo came out and usedsilid kick boxing, keeping the range, could make it interesting, but i agree with you.

Main Card:
Light Heavyweight Championship: Jon Jones (c) vs Chael Sonnen

2nd round TKO. I think Jones will wait until Sonnen tires a bit, and then put him on his back and start dropping those vaunted elbows. I do think an upset is possible if Sonnen keeps moving forward and makes Jones uncomfortable, but I just don't think it's happening here.

Middleweight Bout: Michael Bisping vs Alan Belcher

I like Belcher, but I have my doubts about his ability to maintain the pace that Bisping does. Bisping hits harder than he looks, is tough to take down and has great sub defence. I call it a UD, 29-28.

Heavyweight Bout: Roy Nelson vs Cheick Kongo

Interesting fight. The clinch will decide this one - if Kongo uses it to throw vicious knees, he could definitely overpower Big Country. However, if he gets sloppy and Nelson can get a trip takedown, the dynamic changes immensely and this one will be over quick.

Light Heavyweight Bout: Phil Davis vs Vinny Magalhaes

This is probably the toughest one for me. It all comes down to if Vinny can get the fight to the ground, and I could see him pulling guard to get it done. If Davis tries to grapple with Magalhaes, and I think he will at some point, Vinny will show why he has top 3 BJJ in the UFC

Lightweight Bout: Jim Miller vs Pat Healy

I like Miller - he's a pit bull. He will not stop until he's unconscious. I see this being closer than some may think, but I'm calling it Miller by 3rd round TKO after a flurry of punches clips Healy in an exchange

Preliminary Card:
Bantamweight Bout: Bryan Caraway vs Johny Bedford
Light Heavyweight Bout: Gian Villante vs Ovince St. Preux
Womens Bantamweight Bout: Sara McMann vs Sheila Gaff
Lightweight Bout: Rustam Khabilov vs Yancy Medeiros
Featherweight Bout: Leonard Garcia vs Cody McKenzie
Welterweight Bout: Nick Catone vs James Head
Featherweight Bout: Steven Siler vs Kurt Holobaugh

Nick Catone/James Head has been scratched, Catone suffering from dehydration from trying to make 170.

Hoping big country smashes Kongo, the most boring legit hw going.

The first time Roy gets in tight near the fence Kongo is going night night.

Hoping Jones does that stupid "crawling on the ground" thing he does for every fight, and Sonnen manages to take his head off.

I think we may have seen the end of that after Vitor came within inches of booting him in the face.

Wouldn't Chael use that as an opportunity to jump on Jones and smother him? Jones did that against Rampage, Rashad and Vitor, three guys who want to stand and trade hands. Don't know why he'd do it against Sonnen.

That mounted crucifix position is so helpless ... looked like Cain Velasquez pummeling some poor sucker. Nice finish.

Horrible stoppage. Wow.

Refere asked "can you see?" and he said "no ........... give me a second."

Ref didn't wait for the second part though. Embarrassing.

another epic bad reffing job.

why not ask, "Do you need a second?" or "Are you able to continue?"

some of these refs are terrible.

Weird. He's usually a decent ref too.

Well decent compared to the others.
