A,B,C & D Divisions in Tournaments

I am thinking of getting a bunch of guys together to play in a Canadian Hockey Enterprise adult tournament in Vegas. We all just play pick up / Shinny hockey in Canada, and it looks like we will be in the 35+ "D" division. I was just wondering what to expect for level of play, we are just looking to have a good time with no chippy play. If anybody can tell what to expect for level of play, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks..
Brad.
